Before undertaking our full project scoping for your business, one of our Senior Strategists will analyse your
market, website technology and structure.
We'll make a detailed analysis of your current website metrics and keywords, and crucially, we'll reverse

» 1 day scoping workshop
We send one of our most senior search marketing experts (not a sales person!) to spend up to a day with your key staff, to examine your goals and requirements.
It's here that we establish :
- Your campaign requirements and targets in detail
- Primary keyword groups
- Ongoing strategy for delivering top positions, including time frames
- Any technical issues (at this point we'll establish a strategy and time frame for managing these)
- Site performance measures and key campaign hygiene factors (monitored quarterly)
- Proposed off-site and link building activity
- Content strategy, including articles and user generated content

Once the Project Scoping is completed, we'll produce a detailed, mile-stoned project plan based on the findings. This can be sent to each of your stakeholders.
It is this document which will become the campaign 'bible', driving your campaign forward and delivering the rankings and results you need.
