If a campaign's progress ever slows, this is addressed quickly with a clear re-routing plan, and monitored carefully until it's rectified.
» Monthly performance analysis
Every client's campaign plan, strategy and results are monitored on a weekly basis to ensure the plan is on-track and no opportunities are missed.
Each month, your account team will:
- Produce a position report and measure movement
- Analyse key metrics / analytics and review increased clicks, returning customers, conversions and overall site performance
- Make suggestions on improving site performance
This report is sent to you at the beginning of each month covering the previous month's performance
» Regular discussions
We are always available and willing to discuss performance, and strive for complete transparency.
After the monthly report is produced we aim for 30 – 60 minutes of your time, to discuss previous month's performance, and highlight new opportunities.
» Off-site optimisation
Off-site work continues and the effectiveness of all given strategies are monitored. If one particular strategy proves more successful than another, then resources are redirected, success building upon success.
